Is my team's data safe?
Yes. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Ireland) and handled in line with the GDPR. Each organisation sees only its own information, with isolation enforced in the database itself and access controlled by role. Two-step verification is available on every account, and you can export your organisation's data whenever you want, without asking anyone.
Does it work on phones?
It does. Sched installs on each person's phone like any other app — on Android and iPhone. It also works on the back-office computer.
How much does it cost?
€39.99 per month, with up to 5 users included, plus €4.99 for each extra member. Save 10% when paying annually (€35.99 base and €4.49 per extra member, per month). All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. No lock-in. If you have several locations, we offer special terms — talk to us for a tailored quote.
How long does it take to get going?
A few days. Managers set up the team in minutes and we help through the first week. The app is as simple as any other your team already has on their phone.
Can I manage more than one pharmacy?
